Beaver lamb is called “mouton” in the USA and Canada. Here are some pictures of the mouton collection of a very good friend of mine, Dolores, in the USA. You will notice that Dolores favours a more modern style than I; hers have smaller collars, whereas I prefer the much larger 1950s style shawl collars. Notice that one of Dolores’s lovely coats has a light brown mink collar. Another is a lovely grey colour. At the latest count (December 2006) Dolores has 40 moutons.
